Shipping policy

1. Postanowienia ogólne

1.1. Delivery of Goods is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland via logistics operators available in the Online Store.

1.2. The Customer selects the delivery method when placing the Order from the options made available by the Seller.

1.3. Information regarding delivery costs and the estimated delivery time is presented to the Customer each time before placing the Order.

2. Formy i koszty dostawy

2.1. Delivery of Goods is subject to a fee.

2.2. The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and is as follows:

a) InPost Courier – 16.49 PLN
b) DPD Courier – 20.99 PLN
c) InPost Parcel Locker – 14.99 PLN
d) ORLEN Parcel – 12.99 PLN
e) DPD Pickup – 11.99 PLN

2.3. All indicated prices are gross prices and include applicable VAT.

3. Darmowa dostawa

3.1. The Seller may periodically organize promotional campaigns involving free delivery of Goods.

3.2. If the conditions of a given promotion are met, the delivery cost is covered by the Seller, and the Customer is not charged for this reason.

3.3. Information about current promotions and detailed conditions for free delivery is published in the Online Store each time before placing the Order.

4. Termin realizacji i dostawy

4.1. Orders are processed after payment has been credited to the Seller’s account.

4.2. The estimated delivery time for Goods is approximately 2 business days from the moment the shipment is dispatched.

4.3. The indicated time frame is approximate and may be extended in cases beyond the Seller’s control, in particular during periods of increased logistics traffic, promotions, holidays, or delays on the carrier’s side.

5. Odpowiedzialność za dostawę

5.1. In the case of consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the Customer.

5.2. In the event of damage to the shipment occurring during transport, it is recommended to immediately report this fact to the carrier and inform the Seller.

5.3. Delay in reporting damage does not affect the Customer’s rights under applicable law, in particular those arising from statutory warranty.
